Thank you for signing up for Chingay 2012, we will be setting up booths to collect the $20 refundable deposit. Details are as follows
Date: 31st Aug - 2nd sept
Venue: New Annex building, level 1 (it will be somewhere outside souperlicious!!)
Time: 11am - 4pm
*apart from collecting the $20 refundable deposit, we will also be collecting the indemnity forms and your t-shirt sizes...
P.S. If you are interested in joining and have yet to sign up, this is your LAST LAST CHANCE!!!
Those who fail to pay the $20 by 2 september will be taken out from our list (i.e. if you registered but fail to pay, you will not join us for this event!!)
On a side note, as we are experiencing overwhelming responses, there will be an audition on 8th September 2011. Venue to be confirmed. Those who fail to attend the audition, the deposit will be forfeited. However, if you fail to get through the audition, your deposit will be refunded!
