Confirmation of Hip Hop Beginner Course

Hi to all DREAMWERKZ Beginner Dancers!
Once again, thank you for signing up the 8-weeks beginner course and be part of the DREAMWERKZ family! Due to the booking of rooms and to match-up with Daniel’s tight schedule, I have no choice but to delay the Beginner Class till next Thursday, 16th Oct 2008. This is the confirmed date that we are starting, no more changes to it. I sincerely apologize about changing the starting date again, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience to all.

BELOW IS THE CONFIRMED INFORMATION REGARDING BEGINNER COURSE:

· Event: 8-weeks Beginner Hip Hop Course
· Starting Date: 16th Oct 2008 to 18th Dec 2008
· Training Days: Every Thursdays
· Training Time: 5pm to 6pm OR 6.30pm to 7.30pm
· Venue: SIM@ Level 4 Foyer (In school, outside the grand hall)
· Duration: 1 hour
· Instructor: Daniel (from O school)
· Course Fee: $70 and a 1-time registration fee of $10 for new member of DREAMWERKZ
· Payment: on the 1st lesson itself

As for your 1st Lesson, which is on the 16th Oct, I need you to follow these instructions below:

• Report to: SIM HQ @ Level 4 , the Foyer outside Grand Hall


• Please report 30 minutes before your class to complete your registration. If your class is starting at 5pm, you will have to reach the foyer by 4.30pm. Likewise, if your class is starting at 6.30pm, you are expected to reach by 6pm for your registration.


• For those that cannot reach 30 minutes earlier, please email us your name and reason so we can make arrangement for you to stay back after your class to do your registration.
  
• For Payment, please bring the exact amount in cash so we can collect more efficiently. (Receipt will be given on your 2nd lesson)
  
• Attire: Comfortable top (eg, t-shirt or tank top) and long pants and a pair of sneakers or sport shoes. No revealing tops, No shorts, NO tight jeans and NO slippers.
  
• DREAMWERKZ does not tolerate any LATECOMERS for every lesson unless with valid reason.

I have attached the name list for Beginner Class, so please check if your name is there and at the correct time-slot.

* Please note that the class has been arranged in a way that existing DREAMWERKZ members or dancers with experienced have been allocate to the 6.30pm to 7.30pm time slot, while the other class consists of mainly new dancers. Hence, the later class may go at a slightly faster rate compared to the earlier class. If you need to change your time-slot, please email us before this Sunday, 12th Oct.

Late emails will not be entertained.
